CLUB HISTORY TO DATE

St Joseph's A.B.C. was formed in 1968. Bert Cosh started proceedings as the coach in Gabalfa. Tony Cosh then took over and moved to Canada road in the Heath area of Cardiff. The club is now coached by Gareth Powell (Sept 2002) and is running out of athe Lower Hall Situated within Cathays High School). The Club is affiliated to the Welsh Amateur Boxing Association (W.A.B.A) and we have an enthusiastic committee that work tirelessly on a voluntary basis. Our social base is the St Joseph's Catholic Sports and Social Club in Whitchurch Road, Heath, Cardiff.

Currently we are looking to re-locate the gym and would be grateful for any help or suggestions in this regard.

TRAINING DAYS AND TIMES:

Monday + Wednesday + Friday - 5.00pm - 6.00pm -7.30pm (Two sessions each night)

Beginners are always welcome. However, to avoid dissapointment, please Call Gareth on 07976305652 to ensure there is room in the gym for you or your child to box.
